Dane is a real estate investment professional with over 7 years of experience working for institutional real estate owner/operator groups where he led the acquisition, disposition, development, and asset management of residential and commercial real estate assets, totaling over $800 million in transaction volume and over 18,000 units managed. Dane excels in the day-to-day management of real estate assets. His keen understanding of market trends and economic factors, coupled with his proven track record in property operations, positions him as a critical asset for optimizing portfolio performance.  Dane received his B.A. in Economics from Arizona State University and his M.S. in Finance from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. 

Tom is a finance professional with over 8 years of experience in commercial construction, investment banking, and real estate development. He has a proven ability to lead complex, multi-million dollar projects and financial transactions, from inception to completion. His deep understanding of REITs, capital markets, financial modeling, and project financing, combined with his sharp analytical and quantitative skills, make him a valuable asset to our team. Tom is passionate about transforming real estate development through innovative financing and community-focused projects. He has an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Mathematics from Arizona State University.
